Strong Support

“For the eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.” 2 Chron. 16:9

Who does God strongly support??? Those who are the most talented? Those who have a lot of influence? Those who are missionaries or clergy? No. He is constantly scanning the world looking for those whose hearts are completely His.
